Tantra, in this container, is not exotic decoration. It is the disciplined art of meeting reality intimately — through breath, energy, sensation and relationship. For gay men, that meeting has often been fractured by shame, hiding or performance. This retreat gives it back its ground.
You'll learn to circulate sexual energy through the body rather than discharge it, to receive touch without collapsing into it, and to hold Eros as a spiritual current rather than a compulsion.
